We've now moved from Veganuary, in January, to celebrating vegetarian food in the month of March. How many of you ate vegan the whole January? All meals from these 106 vegan recipes were able to keep me fully satisfied and I tried my best. However, I must say eating vegetarian is more preferable for me at the moment. As you know, I proudly gave up eating pork since January 2018 and I am hoping to make a full vegetarian transition in due course.
