This recipe is great for a hearty breakfast - and to save time, I just cooked up the meat the night before (adding whatever seasoning I like to it - I guess you could even cook it in bulk and simply freeze), then follow the rest of the recipe in the morning. So so easy.

It would be great if the recipes would list the sodium content in the nutritional information. MD has said low sodium for me so interested in total sodium content.

Hi, Julie! This would be hard to determine due to different amounts in different brands. However, you may be able to calculate it yourself using your labels. Most people following keto and low-carb diets usually find that they aren't getting enough sodium. Our salt guide may be helpful for you! https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/salt-guide

I don't get it. Why aren't the macros listed? Is 5g the amount of net carbs or something else?
