Duties

  • Uses Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. longitudinal data collection and analysis, process analysis, trend analysis, root cause analysis, etc.) to recommend, lead, facilitate and/or...
  • [Cont'd]... support Continuous Improvement initiatives which are designed to improve the quality of SSA’s programmatic and administrative programs and workload processes.
  • Plans, leads and or facilitates inter-component teams to identify processes amendable to the application of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
  • Develops, negotiates and maintains communication between CI project team members.
  • Ensures CI project team members are trained in the understanding and application of CI methodologies; directs CI project team activities toward recommending and implementing viable quality improvements to management, etc.
  • Develops and maintains effective networks and working relationships within the organization and among SSA stakeholders.
  • Initiates techniques to gain acceptance and understanding of management and enhance active participation in furthering total change.

Your application will be evaluated under the Category Rating method, based on your responses to the Assessment Questions. If you meet the basic requirements for the position, your application will be evaluated and placed into one of three categories:

1 - Qualified Category - Candidates who meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
